Shipping —

AUSTRALIA + USA >> Please allow approx. 1 week for your item to be sent out. If you need your order sooner, please contact us at sales@newend.com.au. Orders usually arrive 4-10 business days after they have been shipped. Express Post will arrive within 1-2 business days from the date of shipment. 

PLEASE NOTE: You may experience delays due to the impact of Covid. Also during the Christmas period which are out of Newend's control. 

International orders are sent via Airmail and arrive 5-14 business days after being shipped. We are not responsible for any international customs charges or import taxes and errors with the couriering\postal service.

Returns —
We want you to love your jewellery. If it does not fit or if you change your mind, we gladly accept exchanges*. Please email us at sales@newend.com.au within FIVE days of receipt for instructions. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. We will not cover the cost of return post.

*We cannot accept returns on any pierced jewellery (earrings and nose rings) so please choose carefully. We are happy to answer any questions you have prior to purchasing.

ALL SALES ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS AND EARRINGS ARE FINAL.
