We offer FREE domestic shipping in Australia with purchases over $150. Our head quarters are based in Naarm/Melbourne.
Free shipping is via Australia Post.

FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping can take up to 12 days. Average time is a week.
STANDARD DOMESTIC $6.50
Standard domestic shipping in Australia are processed within a couple of days (If you place an order on the weekend they will be processed on the Monday). Please allow approximately 3 - 5 business days after they have been shipped. If you need your order sooner, please contact us at hello@newend.com.au or choose Express Shipping.
EXPRESS SHIPPING $13
Express Post is $13 and will arrive within 1-2 business days from the date of shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to external influences you may experience delays due to the impact of Covid. There may be delays during the Christmas period/public holidays.
PICK UP
You can also choose 'Click and Collect' from our Melbourne CBD store for free. You will receive a notification when ready to pick up. They are packed within a couple of days of ordering. If you require the next day please text 0407 505 091.

Shipping is sent via Standard International shipping or Express International Shipping with Australia Post.
PROCESSING TIMES
Standard shipping is $25 AUD and sent via Airmail that arrives 8-14 business days after being shipped. We are not responsible for any international customs charges or import taxes and errors with the couriering\postal service.
Express shipping is $40 AUD sent via Airmail and arrives 3-6 business days after being shipped. We are not responsible for any international customs charges or import taxes and errors with the couriering\postal service.

We do not ship to shipping containers or freight forwarding services.

INSURANCE
Our Shipping is fully insured. However we are not responsible for any delays Australia Post may incur.
MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES
This happens very rarely, however please check you have a secure drop off point at your chosen shipping address that is not visible to the public.
We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back at Newend, and will incur a reshipment fee.
