We want you to love your jewellery. Returned items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. If it does not fit or if you change your mind, we gladly accept exchanges on rings, necklaces, and bracelets. We cannot accept returns/exchanges on any pierced jewellery (earrings and nose rings) so please choose carefully. We are happy to answer any questions you have prior to purchasing.
Please email us at email@example.com within FIVE days of receipt for instructions. Items must be sent back unworn and in original packaging. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. We will not cover the cost of return post.
Customers must receive return authorisation prior to return. Sale or discounted items, or custom, altered, or personalised items are final sale and ineligible for exchange.
In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. Original or additional shipping costs paid by customer will not be refunded. Duties for items paid on international shipments are non-refundable. We will not accept returns and are not responsible for Newend items purchased from other retailers.
